Tips For Avoiding PP Strap Stuck In Packaging Machines

Packaging pp strap stucking is a common problem for many factory directors.

A small packing strap will lead to the packing machine can not be used, may lead to the entire production line to stop production and packaging, resulting in a decline in the entire production efficiency, the consequences are still very serious.

In this case, only the use of WD pp strap can reduce the failure rate to one-tenth of the industry.  Becase other low quality packaging straps may stuck in the packaging machine, especially under high temperature and humidity conditions. The use of high-quality WD packaging straps can ensure that they are reliably released when needed and will not get stuck in the machine.

After using Weide PP strap  , the middle can not intersperse with other packing strap, 

otherwise it will be due to the thickness and quality inconsistency and other reasons, resulting in the machine can not fully adapt to our packing strap!

2. Packing Strap Must Matching To Q8 Machine（Fully Automatic Or Semi-Automatic）

3. Don't Cutting PP Strap On The Packing Machine

Before using recycling materia, now using new material, need to adjust the Temperature of Heat sealing .

If you still can't cut with the current Weide pp belt /strap , please replace it with a new cutting knife

4. Strap Welding Mouth Is Not Strong

If the same specifications of the PP strap tension is ok, the adhesive head is not strong and easy to break, 

Need to adjust the Heat sealing temperature and "joint alignment"

6. Get Stuck Or The Direct Fork Of The PP Strap

Checking whether the channel width of machine and strap width are matched ?  

For example, the strap 12mm used in 11 mm channels will get stuck or fork !

7. Regular Maintenance And Cleaning The Transmission System Of The Packaging Machine.  

Any dust, grease, and other debris in the transmission system may hinder the free movement of the cassette. 

Therefore, ensure that the transmission system remains clean and smooth, lubrication, and replacement of partswithout affecting the normal operation of the machine.

8. Adjust The Length Of The Packaging Strap/ Belt. 

If the packaging strap is too long or too short, it may cause stuck. 

Therefore, when using the packaging machine, 

please make sure to adjust the appropriate length, not too long or too short.  

Adjust the tension of the packaging belt. 

Excessive tension can cause the packaging belt to get stuck in the packaging machine, 

while excessive tension may cause the packaging belt to break. Therefore, 

ensure that the appropriate tension is adjusted during packaging and not too tight or loose.
